Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Destinations by Angie (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your trip.
1. Booking and Payment
• All bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of confirmation, depending on the travel supplier’s policies.
• Prices are subject to change until your booking is finalized.
• Final payment due dates vary by supplier and must be met to avoid cancellation or penalties.
2. Credit/Debit Card Authorization
• By providing your credit or debit card information, you authorize Destinations by Angie and its authorized travel suppliers to charge the specified amount for your deposit, final payment, total booking amount, and/or any other travel-related expenses.
• You confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to use the card for travel purchases. A signed authorization form may be required.
• Charges may appear under the name of the travel supplier (for example, the airline, hotel, or cruise line) rather than Destinations by Angie.
• All payments are subject to the supplier’s terms and cancellation policies
. • Any declined or failed payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation and may incur additional fees or penalties.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
• Each travel supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, etc.) sets its own cancellation and refund policies. These will be provided to you prior to or at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the supplier’s policies and may take up to 6–8 weeks.
• Destinations by Angie is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, delays, or denials of refunds.
4. Travel Documentation
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents—including valid passports, visas, health forms, and any other entry requirements—are obtained prior to travel.
• Destinations by Angie will provide guidance and information to help you prepare, but it is ultimately your responsibility to verify and secure all necessary documents based on your citizenship, destination, and itinerary.
• We are not responsible for any issues, including denied boarding or entry, resulting from missing, expired, or incorrect documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected events.
• If you choose to decline insurance coverage, you accept full responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Errors and Omissions
• While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Destinations by Angie and Angela Blankenship are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or omissions on this website or in communications.
• All information is subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors or revise details after a booking is made if necessary.
• We are not liable for changes, errors, or actions made by third-party suppliers.
7. Responsibility
• Destinations by Angie acts solely as an independent agent for travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators.
• We provide professional assistance, recommendations, and support based on the best information available at the time of booking.
• We are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or disruption caused by third- party providers or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations and travel documents provided by Destinations by Angie and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies.
• Clients are responsible for adhering to all health, safety, customs, and immigration requirements for their destinations.
• It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time for all flights, cruises, and tours. Missed departures or connections are not refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Destinations by Angie shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers, government entities, or acts of nature.
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of commissions or fees paid directly to Destinations by Angie for the services rendered.
10. Force Majeure
• Destinations by Angie is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, government actions, or health emergencies.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
• We value your privacy. Personal information provided to Destinations by Angie is used solely for the purpose of arranging and managing your travel plans.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to complete travel bookings with authorized suppliers.

12. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any disputes shall be handled exclusively within the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
13. Use of Website
• Unauthorized use of this website or its content may result in legal action.
• No content, branding, or materials from Destinations by Angie may be copied, shared, or reused without written permission.
14. Promotions and Special Offers
• Any promotional offers, discounts, or incentives are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Restrictions or blackout dates may apply.
• By booking with Destinations by Angie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
